We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft high impact short-form videos for our brand. In this role, you’ll bring stories to life through sharp edits and compelling visuals that captures attention and drives action across digital platforms. A strong understanding of performance marketing, especially Meta ads, is a big plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form promotional content including Reels, Shorts, and ad creatives
  • Create high-performing video ads for platforms like Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
  • Shape clear, engaging narratives within tight timeframes
  • Integrate b-rolls, licensed/royalty-free music, and sound effects to enhance emotional impact
  • Ensure strong pacing, rhythm, and visual flow optimised for scroll-based consumption
  • Add text overlays, subtitles, and transitions aligned with platform trends and brand tone
  • Collaborate closely with scriptwriters, designers, and motion graphics teams
  • Manage project files, versions, and deliverables efficiently


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience editing digital video content (short-form and promo content preferred)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing ad edits, promos, or performance-focused storytelling
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Good understanding of audio mixing, music timing, and sound layering
  • Familiarity with Meta ad formats, creative best practices, and guidelines
  • Sharp eye for detail and ability to work within tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
