About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned creative brain who can ensure that every episode—whether made in-house or by vendors—matches our tone, storytelling DNA, and binge-worthiness.
You will act as the final creative filter, shaping casting, scripts, and the look & feel of the content before it goes live.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve casting, location options, and initial shoot planning
  • Review scripts and ensure character arcs and episode pacing are tight and aligned with series tone
  • Supervise shooting breakdowns and guide production teams on visual tone, staging, and flow
  • Evaluate rough cuts and final edits to ensure alignment with platform strategy
  • Provide structured feedback to vendors and internal teams to maintain content consistency
  • Act as a brand custodian across all creative touchpoints—emotion, rhythm, storytelling

You Should Have:
  • Strong portfolio in web series, short-format storytelling, or branded fiction
  • Proven ability to guide and align multiple production teams under a unified vision
  • Eye for performance, tone, and pacing specific to mobile-first, vertical formats
  • Experience managing feedback loops with scriptwriters, editors, and directors
  • A taste for bold creative choices that drive retention and audience connection

Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience directing short episodic series or digital fiction
  • Understanding of content trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and OTT
