We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft engaging and immersive short-form content for our brand. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping storytelling through cuts, visuals, and sound that resonate across platforms. A solid understanding of editing for performance marketing (Meta ads) is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Micro-dramas) with strong narrative and visual flow
  • Cut and assemble engaging ads for platforms like Facebook and Instagram (Meta)
  • Integrate b-rolls and licensed/royalty-free music to elevate emotional impact
  • Ensure proper pacing, rhythm, and story arc within tight durations
  • Apply text overlays, subtitles, and transitions that align with platform trends
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and motion graphics artists
  • Organise and maintain project files and version control

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of editing experience in digital content (short-form preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, aesthetic polish, and versatility
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Understanding of audio mixing, music timing, and sound layering
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads formats and creative guidelines
  • Eye for detail and ability to work on tight timelines
  • Team player with solid communication and feedback incorporation skills.
  • English and Hindi language proficiency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience editing vertical content for creators or platforms
  • Understanding of content marketing goals and ad performance optimization
  • Familiarity with subtitle styling and sync tools
